Day 01: ARRIVE COCHIN [International Flight]Upon your arrival at Cochin Airport, our representative will meet you and will transfer you to your hotel.
Kochi, or more familiarly, Cochin is a city of many parts. Around for a long, long time, Kochi played a pivotal role in the development of shipping and trade in the region. Serene Kochi has been drawing traders, explorers and travelers to its shores for over 600 years. Nowhere else in India could you find such an intriguing mix: giant fishing nets from China, a 400-year-old synagogue, ancient mosques, Portuguese houses and the crumbling remains of the British Raj.
Day 02: COCHINToday morning proceed for the sightseeing tour of Cochin.
You will first proceed to Mattancherry and visit the oldest Jewish Synagogue (Closed on Saturdays & All the Jewish holidays) in India, built in 1568; it was destroyed by the Portuguese and rebuilt by the Dutch a century later.
You will also visit The Dutch Palace - which was built in 1555 and its coronation hall and murals at Ramayana are noteworthy features. Continue your drive to Chinese fishing nets, the cantilevered fishing nets line the entrance to the harbour mouth. Chinese traders are believed to have originally introduced them in the 14th century although, today parts of the nets are known by Portuguese names.
Evening enjoy visit of Kathakali dance performance.
Witness the most elaborate of the dance forms in southern India. Kerala owes its transnational fame to this nearly 300 years old classical dance form, which combines facets of ballet, opera, masque and the pantomime. It is said to have evolved from other performing arts like Kootiyattam, Krishnanattam and Kalarippayattu.

Today after breakfast you will proceed to board your Houseboat on the backwaters of Kerala.
Houseboats are also known as the "Ketuvallam" or the Rice Boat. Ketuvallam ride can be the most romantic ride you can ever have with a night halt in the middle of the lake Vembanad Lake/canal. A backwater comprises of a unique web of rivers, lakes, bays, lagoons and canals extending into the villages and town of the city.

Today early morning you will be transferred to Alleppey railway station to board the train Jan Shatabdi at 0815 hrs to Kozhikkode. Upon arrival at 1320 hrs, you will be driven to Wayanad.
Wayanad, the green paradise is nestled among the mountains of the Western Ghats, forming the border world of the greener part of Kerala. Located at a distance of 76 km. from the sea shores of Kozhikode, this verdant hill station is full of plantations, forests and wildlife. Wayanad hills are contiguous to Mudumalai in Tamil Nadu and Bandhipur in Karnataka, thus forming a vast land mass for the wild life to move about in their most natural abode.
Day 05: WAYANADToday morning proceed for the half day excursion of Edakkal Caves.
The name “Edakkal” literally means “a stone in between”, and this describes how the cave is formed by a heavy boulder straddling a fissure in the rock. An enthusiast in pre-history, Fawcett went around exploring the Wayanad high ranges which eventually led to the discovery of the Edakkal rock- shelter in 1894. Edakkal rock engravings stand out distinct among the magnitude of prehistoric visual archives of paintings and graphic signs all over the world. It is the world's richest pictographic gallery of its kind.

Day 06: WAYANAD - COORG (BY SURFACE: 3 ½ HOURS APPROX)Today morning you will be driven to another beautiful city of your programme which is Coorg. Upon arrival check in at hotel.
Coorg or Kodagu as it is officially known now is an astonishing land in the heart of the southern Indian peninsula. This unspoilt “country of million hills”, situated on the slopes of the Western Ghats, is India’s coffee bowl. The tiny district in the state of Karnataka is the biggest producer of coffee. This tiny district also has the distinction of having produced many sports persons who have brought glory to the country. Some of the most courageous and famous army men were from Coorg.

Day 07: COORGToday you will visit the Dubare Elephant Camp to bathe and feed the Elephants in the Camp.
What is it about elephants that brings out the child in everyone of us? Is it their gentle countenance that goes against the grain of their massive build? Or is it, we all have had at some point in our lives? The Dubare Elephant camp is a must experience for the elephant lover in you.

Day 08: COORG – NEELESHWAR (BY SURFACE: 04 HOURS APPROX)Today morning you will be driven to Neeleshwar. Upon arrival check in at hotel Neeleshwar Hermitage.

Day 09: NEELESHWAR (BY SURFACE: 04 HOURS APPROX)Today morning proceed for the visit of Bekal Fort.
Around 16 km to the south of northernmost district in Kerala, Kasaragod, lies the massive Bekal Fort. Shaped like a giant keyhole, the historic Bekal Fort offers a superb view of the Arabian Sea from its tall observation towers, which were occupied by huge cannons, couple of centuries ago. It rises to 130 feet above sea level and is situated on a headland spanning 35km.

Day 10: NEELESHWAR - MANGALORE - DEPARTURE (BY SURFACE: 03 HOURS APPROX BY INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT)Today on time you will be picked up from hotel and transferred to Mangalore airport to board the flight for onward destination.
